Picnik Premium Launches - More For Free

My favorite online photo editor, Picnik, has launched it’s Premium option and is letting users try out the new features for free over the next week [from 25th Sept].
Some of the Premium features include Photoshop-esque effects like Gooify and pixelation but it’s the new standard features that’s got my attention.

Particularly adding text [something I’ve long been waiting for] and shapes to images. The shapes feature actually works insanely well, with a wide variety of options and easy manipulation.

Some effects that I thought would only stay available for paid users are still for free with a bunch of new ones added - including Photobucket support.

At only $24.95 for the whole year, I’d think about paying up. But for now, the free version of Picnik is as good as ever. I must say I’m impressed [again].
