Just a proof of concept kind of thing; a dubstep remix of Annie Lennox’s Little Bird. It picks up into a 90s dance thing during the chorus and I kind of lose it since I get pretty tired of the idea at some point.
Belief is a more relaxed, hiphop/swing kind dubstep tune. Not even really a dubstep tune; more or a triphop one with synths. The genres defining thing; blah.
I made a dubstep remix of The Ramones’ Blitzkrieg Bop.
808 dubstep bitch. Models began with Lil Wayne saying “I only talk to models” but I took it out. Simple kind of tune. Dirty tho.
Oh shit; I found an old dubstep remix I did of Oasis’ Wonderwall. Kind of odd, but good. Could be cleaner and all of that. Good fun with stretching out vocals.
I like this dubstep tune, Chinatown. A little sloppy but a cool turn of that extreme crackle you get in the treble when you push a bass synth too low into something that sounds like an LFO filter wave. “This is the solution to your unhappiness” is from a strange 7inch I got called ‘Danny Cat and The Terrible Twins’ about bike safety. It’s strange because of the front cover.

I was actually going to do a dubstep remix of A Milli by Lil Wayne, but just rode this tune instead. It occurred to me that unless you remix that song live, it’s just kind of lame.
