  • I made this remix ages ago, but only just put it to Big L’s video from ‘94. Synth mix for Put It On.

  • Just a proof of concept kind of thing; a dubstep remix of Annie Lennox’s Little Bird. It picks up into a 90s dance thing during the chorus and I kind of lose it since I get pretty tired of the idea at some point.

  • I made a dubstep remix of The Ramones’ Blitzkrieg Bop.

  • Also found a little kind of remix of Stevie Wonder’s My Cherie Amour. Simple, cute.

  • Oh shit; I found an old dubstep remix I did of Oasis’ Wonderwall. Kind of odd, but good. Could be cleaner and all of that. Good fun with stretching out vocals.

  • Decided to kind of ruin my favourite tune from Phoenix’s Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix by trying a little lofi electro on it. Like most remixes I do I just like changing the tune or key to suit the vocals. Arpeggios, fuck it; Fences.

  • Really a DITC tune, Thick got lumped in with my other Big L remixes, of which I focused on using 808 drums and dirty synth basses on each. Like my version of Put It On, I switch the pitch when changing verses and to choruses.

  • MVP from Big L is a little quirkier than the other remixes with a toy piano riff and a cheeky, deep bass line.

  • On The Mic is a short Clinton-esque quip for just the first verse. Dirty synth basses are the flavour.
